Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and neat rooms, though a bit far from the pool. The Royal Suite is truly incredible. The service struggles at times to cater to guests' needs. The location, however, set on Jebel Hafeet, provides a peaceful retreat away from the city. Dining is satisfactory, with nice options available. Overall, the facilities are adequate but may need some improvements.
Upon arrival at 3:30 PM, we found the rooms very spacious but not yet ready. Although our rooms were on the same level, they were not close to each other. The toilet flush required continuous holding for 5 to 10 minutes to work properly, which was inconvenient.
The hotel offers breathtaking views of Al Ain city and the mountains. The rooms are comfortable, pleasant, and well-equipped, providing a clean and cozy stay. The service is top-notch, with helpful and responsible staff. The location is excellent, especially for enjoying the stunning mountain view and various activities. However, the dining experience was below expectations in terms of quality and pricing.
The hotel offers good and comfortable rooms with a breathtaking view of Al-Ain during the day and at night, although they are smaller than expected from the website. The location is ideal for a relaxing experience away from the city, especially for capturing perfect sunset pictures. The dining experience is average with a limited food selection. The facilities are adequate for a pleasant stay.
I had a wonderful stay at Mercure with rooms that are well furnished and offer a fabulous view of the mountains and golf area. The balcony added the perfect touch to our experience, and the hotel facilities were a bonus. The service was very cooperative and helpful, despite some minor hiccups with safety protocols. The location is superb, offering great value for money with sports activities for both kids and adults. The dining experience was a mix of average and excellent, but overall, the hotel provided a lovely experience.
The hotel offers great city views from the spacious rooms with a small balcony. However, the pool area was disappointing as it was dirty, and the shower curtain and rings needed attention.
The hotel is set in a serene location, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the scenic views. The rooms have a touch of aesthetic charm but could benefit from better insulation for soundproofing. The service is mixed with friendly and accommodating staff but lacking in some areas. The dining experience offers decent options but with room for improvement. Overall, a good option for a tranquil getaway with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and simple with a small balcony, but unfortunately stained, mouldy, and musty. The bed mattresses were as hard as rocks and quite old. The service was friendly, with staff trying their best to please guests despite being busy. The location was excellent, especially for bird watching, but there were some issues like cold showers. The dining experience was a mix of limited choices and decent quality. Overall, a mixed experience.
The hotel's location is excellent, situated above the mountain in Alain at the top of Jabal Hafeet, offering spectacular views and cozy rooms. The service was overall excellent, with attentive and helpful staff, but some areas like table service were lacking. The dining experience was fantastic with a lavish spread, but there were issues in the dinner buffets. The rooms, although slightly outdated, offer amazing views that overshadow any minor concerns.
Upon arriving, I found the room equipped with all the necessary items, although it wasn't quite ready and had a strange smell initially. It seemed to have a connection to a smoking room, giving it a so-so look. The location was the highlight of my stay as I enjoyed a morning bike ride on the mountain, although some facilities, like the water slides, needed maintenance. The dining experience was good in terms of taste, especially the chef's omelets, but lacked variety and could feel overpriced depending on the deal.
